Very shabby and very romantic, this sweet tassel is dressed in pink and white and has a watering can on top. I added pink rose decals to the front and the back of the can. The can is tin and has been given a shabby make over. Lots of ribbons and fringe, pom-poms and feathers make this one of a kind a must have. Hang from lamps, knobs, pegs or armoires, there will not be another like it. Measures approx. 13" with the hanger, but the hanger can be adjusted shorter if you like. I added some pink posies to the inside of the can, so cute.
